Montreal’s Felix Auger-Aliassime and Ottawa’s Gabriela Dabrowski will play for Olympic bronze in mixed doubles competition.

The Canadian duo will face the Dutch duo of Demi Schuurs and Wesley Koolho on Court Suzanne-Lenglen.

Auger-Aliassime will play for men’s singles bronze medal on Saturday (6 a.m. ET, CBC Gem, CBC Olympics app) after he lost his men’s singles semifinals against Spain’s Carlos Alcaraz at Rolland Garros earlier Friday.

Canada has won only one Olympic tennis medal, when Sebastien Lareau and Daniel Nestor triumphed in men’s doubles at the 2000 Sydney Games.
