The event was dominated by Chinese duo Chen Yuxi and Quan Hongchan, who posted a five-round total of 359.10 points.
North Korean divers Jo Jin Mi and Kim Mi Rae (315.90) took silver, while the British duo of Andrea Spendolini and Lois Toulson (304.38) edged the Canadians (299.22) for bronze.
