Toronto Blue Jays first baseman Vladimir Guerrero Jr. stands to set a record for the highest salary ever awarded in arbitration. He has asked for $19.9 million US and been offered $18.05 million. Ex-teammate Teoscar Hernandez received $14 million from Seattle last year.
