Tee Higgins injury fantasy football impact on Chase, Iosivas

Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins’ injury will force him to miss the Week 13 game against the Baltimore Ravens, creating a big fantasy football impact on Ja’Marr Chase, Andre Iosivas and others.

Higgins suffered a concussion days prior to the Thanksgiving game against the Ravens, eliminating any chance for him to be ready for a Thursday game.

Ja’Marr Chase is back right alongside Joe Burrow, though, making for a more complex situation than normal on a short week.

Chase is a matchup-proof option weekly, so no major concerns there. What’s interesting is how much Burrow’s return spurs a change in the playbook and generally spreading the ball around to other weapons.

When Joe Flacco was under center, Chase saw 23 and 19 targets in back-to-back games, even with Higgins out there.

But again, this is Chase. Last November, he put up 264 yards and three scores against these Ravens on just 11 catches.

As for Iosivas, he’s third on the team in receiving but hardly reliable for fantasy players. He’s had a rocky season and Mitchell Tinsley is the one to know as a possible third option.
