PSG wants to sign Julián Álvarez

Paris Saint-Germain has set its sights on Argentine striker Julián Álvarez.

The 25-year-old left Manchester City for Atlético Madrid in 2024. Since then, he has been in sensational form: 38 goals and 12 assists in 72 matches. PSG coach Luis Enrique is a big admirer of his playing style.

According to the media, Álvarez would even be open to a move to Paris if the clubs can reach an agreement. The stumbling block, however, is the price tag: Atlético are demanding around €120 million, which PSG considers too steep. The striker is under contract with Atlético until 2030.
