The Arizona Cardinals will be down another defensive lineman this weekend when they face the Tennessee Titans. Head coach Jonathan Gannon ruled out Darius Robinson when he addressed the media Friday before practice.
Robinson has a pectoral injury he suffered last week against the Seattle Seahawks.
Ruling him out leaves only four health defensive linemen on the active roster — Calais Campbell, Dalvin Tomlinson, Dante Stills and P.J. Mustipher.
Anthony Goodlow has been elevated from the practice squad for the past two games.
We could see Bilal Nichols return. He is on the PUP reserve but had his practice window opened this week. He has missed since Week 6 of last season with a neck injury.
The defensive line room has been riddled with injuries. Justin Jones is on injured reserve with a knee injury. So is L.J. Collier. Both are eligible to return. We will see if they do this season. Rookie Walter Nolen, the team's first-round pick this year, is on PUP with a calf injury.
The Cardinals and Titans kick off Sunday from State Farm Stadium at 4:05 p.m. ET (1:05 p.m. Arizona time).
