Steelers fans rejoice! One of Pittsburgh’s strongest yet injured offensive weapons has received some good news ahead of the Week 4 Ireland matchup vs. the Minnesota Vikings.
On Saturday, ESPN’s Adam Schefter revealed that RB Jaylen Warren, one of the only bright spots on an otherwise bleak Steelers offense, is expected to play vs. the Vikings after being labeled questionable with a surprise knee injury.
Steelers RB Jaylen Warren, who was added to the injury report on Friday with a knee injury, is expected to play Sunday in Dublin vs. the Vikings, per league source.
But Steelers also elevated RB Trey Sermon today from their practice squad.

Previously on Wednesday’s injury report, Warren was listed as a limited participant with a non-injury related, resting vet designation. On Thursday, however, he was again limited but received an additional knee injury attached to his NIR resting vet designation — leaving fans concerned about the extent of his injury.
In three games and 54 touches, Warren leads the Steelers offense with 274 yards from scrimmage — more than second-place DK Metcalf (135 yards) and third-place Calvin Austin III (126 yards) combined.
Warren’s projected availability, thanks to Schefter’s report, will help Pittsburgh’s offense in a huge way against the fearsome and internationally undefeated Vikings.
