The Financial Secretary, Mr Paul Chan, will go for Peru tonight (October 18) to aid the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Finance Ministers’ Meeting and other linked events to be held in Lima, after which he’ll seek the advice of with Fresh York, the USA, from October 22 to 24.
