8 days agoNewsDuration 2:24The weather phenomenon is essentially a tornado that forms over water. The peak time for them in Canada is from late July to mid-October. They are rare in Quebec, but one formed on Lake of Two Mountains, near Vaudreuil-Dorion, Que., on Aug. 25.
